6 Steps of Admission

Our thorough admissions process is designed to help you ascertain if Veritas would be a good fit for your family's needs and educational goals.

  1. Attend an informational meeting. These presentations are scheduled monthly and provide the best introduction to the school. Admission packets are only available to families who have attended an informational meeting. Childcare is not provided but children are welcome to attend and sit with their parents.
  2. Prayerfully consider Veritas as a fit for your family. Consider your family's needs and educational goals and whether Veritas could help you meet those goals. Additional resources you may want to consider as you learn about Veritas are listed below.

  3. Complete an application for each student applying. The actual date your application is received will be used for determining priority for enrollment.

    Our application has three parts:

    1. Part One(student information)
    2. Part Two (written responses)
    3. Teacher Questionnaire. Parents, please complete the top portion of the questionnaire form and give to your child’s current teacher. Ask that it be completed and returned directly to Veritas Classical Academy.
  4. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted to schedule a Family Q&A. This meeting is for the purpose of discussing your family’s educational goals and if our methods and philosophy will further those goals. All incoming students, with the exception of incoming Pre-K students, will complete placement testing.
  5. Admissions decisions will be conveyed in writing as soon as possible after the interview. Included with your acceptance letter will be a tuition contract administrated through our service provider, FACTS. Your contract must be completed through FACTS, including payment of your registration fee no later than ten days after notice of acceptance. Your spot will only be held for ten business days.
  6. Prepare for school: The preparation process includes purchasing books and uniforms and attending the August Co-teacher conference. A Welcome Packet will guide you through the process.
